Two active big bodies in the interior should makes the lives of the LBers easier. It should make it more difficult for the OL to get to the 2nd level. Add the speed from the outside and this potentially could be a decent defense.

I don’t think you can go by him and McCoy from last season with the panthers. The organization was in disarray with cam hurt and not playing. Everything going on with Rivera. It was time for a change. I hope Poe and McCoy can bring some old ways here to sure up the dline

But let's be fair. Let's not 100% give up on anyone that was 20 years old and didnt go through an entire NFL offseason yet.

I'm not saying the guy is going to be any good, and he seems to be lazy/apathetic, but it looked to me like some strength would do the guy some good.

Let's look at him this year before giving up.

You could be right, but I doubt it. Guys who are lazy with an attitude seldom change that much. This guy is similar to Soft Taco in his attitude and passion for the game. We need to change our drafting/player acquisition policy a little. Players like Taco and Hill ( some upside, but serious attitude with a lazy streak and little passion for the game) need to be red flagged and taken off the board.

You can’t win with these type players. You need guys with attitude who hate losing!

We have gotten strong up the middle of the D... exactly what we needed. Two very solid DTs and a starting caliber S.

LBs will definitely reap the benefits of a stouter front. Man if we landed Griffen as well? Would be sick. Throw in 3-4 picks on D from the draft and we would be looking like an NFC contender (whenever the next season happens )
