While I get what you are saying, there is no way to know how this team would be with him on it. I agree we are good without him, but to say we couldn't be even better (or worse) with him would be purely speculation. Especially since we went into the season with enough cap space to cover him if we wanted.

That being said, I am glad we didn't sign him to what he got from the Bills and am not complaining with where we are on defense as is.

Exactly. Yes the pass rush is doing just fine, but Von Miller on this defense would go crazy. I agree the FO shouldn't have paid what the Bills did, but for anyone to start hyping up DA over Miller needs to check themselves.

Clearly the pass rush is doing fine. No complaints. But adding Miller on essentially a 3 year deal is something I wouldn't have passed on.

I don't think anyone saw this pressure success coming. It's my opinion that pressuring the QB is the single most important aspect of a defense. I'm happy that we don't seem to need him but it's up to you to decide if the FO knew that or got lucky. I wouldn't hate having Miller on the roster, especially given that it could have been done without sacrificing somewhere else in the roster.
