It's frustrating. All this talent on offense over the years from the offensive line to running back to quarterback to wide receivers and tight end, and we can't take advantage of it or we've wasted it on inept coaching until players get old, fat, broken down and ready to move on.

Exactly, and we got a generational LB in Parsons. Is it too much to ask that we go all in to try to take advantage of that?

I read this and he is supposed to help both oc and dc, but it is clearly to help kellen.
So now we have him kellen and mike who is supposed to be more involved too lol.
3 cooks in the kitchen ! should work well.
although I guess it could help, but will kellen listen?

It also clearly shows jones boys are trying to create a OC instead of hiring a competent experienced guy.
They did this with JG hiring ex HC's to help him be better HC, and that worked so well they are now doing this with kellen.

Why not just fire KM and hire an OC that doesn't need a baby sitter?

evidently thats not how hillbilly minds like the jones boys work.
It is the logical thing to do, but jones boys rarely use logic.

Also we know they are cheap tightwads, so if kellen has a guaranteed contract, they will keep him till that runs out lol.
And so they prop him up with more coaches to help him.
Sound like a solid plan to get to SB??

jerry has billions and he is probably worried about losing a thousand here or there lol, and so if he owes kellen few million, he will keep him around.
