Jerry is a gambler...about the only move I would say he would never make is hiring a GM.

Actually to me he would seem more of a jerry hire than a jason hire...if the rumors are true that Ryan is a little...different or crazy.

That's why I think it seems odd that Red would be interested in him.

I know some think he should not be hired just because his last name, or maybe that Jerry feels that way.

yeah, well old school people no matter how it makes you feel, we haven't won a damn thing in 15 years and if getting one of the top DC's in the game helps in any way get us back to that point no matter how long he is around, I am all for it.
