Wonder would he try to influence a Copper Bebee move to RG, if Matin doesn't return.
You guys overthink these things why does it have to be that you do realize that he was the second best rated offensive lineman from his draft that was picked in the third round was one of the best centers in the league and I know it doesn't seem like it but it's true let's just call it top five how much more could you ask from a guy why do we need to move him Hoffman in my opinion is a better right guard than a center so if you're gonna start somewhere with a new offensive lineup it has to be keeping BB in the center.. And during training camp they can try to find the best 5 starting with we know should be the center of the line

Richardson?Guyton?-Tyler-Beebee-Hoffman-Steele/guyton?

Thomas/Bass also in the mix..

for me knowing that they need to figure out the tackles they need to leave that center alone for now until further notice and that would be those three in the middle... Do they have a lot to choose from but the one thing they don't need to do is move BB because that makes Hoffman your center are you trying to tell me they're gonna look at him as a better center you need to keep the center position steady. IMHO

Im starting Ota's and camp with this as constant.

Tyler-Beebee-Hoffman

So they may have the best OL coach in the pros and the best OL coach in college on the same staff. If that doesn’t say they’re gonna run the heck out of the ball next year. Just hope they get some talent in there to help and don’t just rely on trying to coach up average guys at OL and RB

WOW!!!!!!!!! Ok this is a guy I know something about. This would be a GREAT addition to the staff. He would fit in perfectly with the offensive asst coaches already hired. I'm very excited about this. Now we're cookin'.

He can’t imagine himself working any other job. That makes sense, because Riley is the epitome of everything you want in an offensive line coach. Not only did he used to play the position as a guard, but he is also a hard worker who cares deeply about his players. He is personable and funny. He loves to talk and watch baseball and play golf. He brings energy to the field. And, perhaps best of all, he knows how to unite a group of five blockers and turn them into a cohesive unit. For those reasons, K-State head coach Chris Klieman describes Riley as “the best offensive line coach in the country.”

One thing KState does great is run the ball! Definite change in philosophy.

It sounds good I mean the whole staff seems to have at least strengthened what we feel is a weakness at the head coaching choice so as a whole right now I'm giving this thing AB for the new coaching staff but you know this team overcorrects too much like a little late like they realize the running game was starting to falter in 2023 didn't do anything about it in 2024 now they gotta get desperate and go the complete other direction will it be too little too late or is it something they need I don't know but I do know that usually over correct the rest of the league last year went back to trying to have a strong run game and we stood back and although we finished strong I'll give them that the offensive line the run game looked better therefore at least we have a core somewhere we could start but are they going to go crazy slanted and pick gente in the first round and then get a fifth round running back and just forget about getting lamb a good partner on the other side as a number two..

I mean make sure they include the tight ends as well, from where I sit the reason our tight ends didn't look as good was because they were used to block in order to create a run game that was going to take every bit of effort to even find a good run game it needed everybody in meaning playing too much 12 personnel get keeping two to three tight ends on the field and hardly anything going out in routes..

I mean let's hope they don't overcorrect... I sure hope the new philosophy and this new staff sees the need to give it all a remodel nothing drastic but let's not forget about the rest while we're concentrating on the run game...

It would be silly to have a staff that well respected and not give them any players to work with.

Big Beebe fan, but no chance he was a top 5 Center this year between his snaps and struggles blocking the 2nd level. Guard is absolutely his natural position and I'm hopeful they make the move. Not sure where this idea he was the 2nd best rated OL from last years draft class comes from either. Atl/Nomi have to be #1 and #2 from this year. Beebe has a very strong argument of bing top 10, but top 2?
