Big Beebe fan, but no chance he was a top 5 Center this year between his snaps and struggles blocking the 2nd level. Guard is absolutely his natural position and I'm hopeful they make the move. Not sure where this idea he was the 2nd best rated OL from last years draft class comes from either. Atl/Nomi have to be #1 and #2 from this year. Beebe has a very strong argument of bing top 10, but top 2?
Problem is, it is a poor Center class and you want big personnel in our division inside.

WOW!!!!!!!!! Ok this is a guy I know something about. This would be a GREAT addition to the staff. He would fit in perfectly with the offensive asst coaches already hired. I'm very excited about this. Now we're cookin'.
With him and Adams we have upgraded our run game in a big way. Now it's about finding the personnel upgrades to make it work.

Looks like the hire is official. Problem is this good staff won't be getting any needle moving additions in free agency. It will be all draft guys.

As good as this new staff may be, at the NFL level, it takes players. Our guys aren't very good . My fear is Jerry and son will be busy on the boat during free agency high fiving each other on the new coaches , then they ignore player upgrades.

He and Adams love the Zone and pulling big time on the majority of snaps. Jeanty or Henderson would be lethal in this scheme.
I looked at Arizona's backs today where Adams came from, both their top 2 backs were big/power types.

I think we need both. A power back and speed. Basically Zeke and TP of old. But Jeanty can be both. I would be totally on board with Hampton from NC as well. Or get me Henderson in the 2nd and Tahj Brooks in the 5th. Or maybe Duece finally gets his chance as Robin finally?

We just need new blood regardless

Btw, I wanna see us go get a free agent center. Move beebee to RG. Martin is likely gone. Then at LG start Smith. Hoffman and Bass can be back ups. Can we please upgrade at RT? Steele was bad. I would like to see some great competition in camp for RT. Let's see if big Nate Thomas or Richards can take it.

You guys overthink these things why does it have to be that you do realize that he was the second best rated offensive lineman from his draft that was picked in the third round was one of the best centers in the league and I know it doesn't seem like it but it's true let's just call it top five how much more could you ask from a guy why do we need to move him Hoffman in my opinion is a better right guard than a center so if you're gonna start somewhere with a new offensive lineup it has to be keeping BB in the center.. And during training camp they can try to find the best 5 starting with we know should be the center of the line

Richardson?Guyton?-Tyler-Beebee-Hoffman-Steele/guyton?

Thomas/Bass also in the mix..

for me knowing that they need to figure out the tackles they need to leave that center alone for now until further notice and that would be those three in the middle... Do they have a lot to choose from but the one thing they don't need to do is move BB because that makes Hoffman your center are you trying to tell me they're gonna look at him as a better center you need to keep the center position steady. IMHO

Im starting Ota's and camp with this as constant.

Tyler-Beebee-Hoffman
Lol. It's a valid option for the coaching staff. Also, we're here to talk about different perspectives and possibilities. You have your perspective, cool, but I don't want an parts of Hoffman at RG going into a season.

If they are serious about contending I wouldnt go rookie Center. Shift Beebe over to Guard and make a serious run at Drew Dalman if he hits free agency. I know this team doesnt do free agency that hard, but Centers are not a very expensive position to pay. Smith/Dalman/Beebe. Thats an easy and instant upgrade that makes your interior OL one of the best in the league. Of course it all depends on a Center the Cowboys like actually making it to FA, but its an option they should stay open minded on in my opinion.

I think so.

They could sign Evan Brown from arizona who played with Adams and kick Beebe to RG. Hoffman can be with at both guards and center
Yep, I can see those two coaches will discuss that very senairo. Evan is a Dallas local, shouldn't break the bank either, it makes a lot of sense.

Might they move Guyton over to RT? I failed to mention this.

Very encouraged by Coaches being brought in. One thing is for sure there is a commitment to running the ball being made.
