Trade the compensatory and the third or Collins to get another second and take a OT and a DT in the second round.

From the traditional value chart:

Pick 90 + Pick 136 = 178 points. That's enough to move up to pick 82. Nowhere near enough to move to the 2nd round.
Collins is going into the last year of his contract. He would have to be valued as a late 3rd rounder to package him with 90 and get to the bottom of the 2nd round. I suppose it's possible, but I'd consider it unlikely.

Collins is overpaid right now. Nobody is trading anything for a contract overpaying the player.

I'm flipping Collins and Conner Williams and seeing what happens in 2019. It will allow Collins to prove that he deserves another contract which I don't think he has or will show at right tackle and let's me know if Williams can get the job done there, after struggling with physicality inside.

And I'd try to bring Fleming back on a reasonable contract and I'd use one of my mid-round picks on an offensive tackle as well. This team has guards, but question marks at both tackle spots.

By the end the year Williams was playing pretty well

He just doesn't "look" like a G. He carries most of his weight in his torso and his legs are thin. He got overpowered on bull rushes A LOT. I didn't like the pick and I still don't like the pick.
