Personally, I think it’s ridiculous that you get comp picks for losing coaches. Those are positions you can pay and promote with no impact on the salary cap or roster. Draft picks should only be about replacing players you lost, in my opinion

Those guy's got a chance to turn into something but I don't believe we're going to pick up the dominant defensive tackle that will make everyone's job easier that we need in that part of the draft

Mid round picks have a high bust rate too. Look at Dak in the 4th.

Never did understand all the love for Gregory, he constantly was out of games, got tons of stupid penalties, and now you see he wasn't any good in Denver.

Said it before and I'll say it again, he wasn't worth keeping him on the team for as long as they did.

Just another stupid personnel decision by Stephen and Jerry, but why are we not surprised.

Now the talking heads on tv, including one Mr. Stephen Smith, are crying for Dallas to sign Hopkins, who missed half of each of the last two seasons with injuries, or OBJ who's a head case and can't stay healthy either.

Pretend that is fair.

You might review what fair means. There are specific rules that reward teams for developing minority coordinators who then go on to HC jobs.

Every team has the same opportunity to earn picks that way.

That is literally the definition of fairness.

Umm. No. Williams signed a small, two-year deal with the Dolphins. 3rd and 4ths come from players who get big deals AND play well.

And, original draft slotting has nothing to do with the compensation.

Two 5s and a 6th should net you a 4th in a trade I would imagine.

I would rather have quality over quantity.
