Jerry has been known to bring in former players to help current players make adjustments and inprove in certain areas. I wonder what Eric Metcalf is doing today? He might be a good resource to tap on this subject. Metcalf was able to excel at moving all around the field, and was drafted as a RB, eventually ending his career as a WR.
