If you have top tier dudes then you pay them and figure it out after. Now I am unsure about whether Hill is still a top tier dude but the team trading for him would owe him about 46m over the next 2 years which is not an unreasonable amount even if he is now a borderline top 10 guy instead of a top 5 guy.
