I wouldn't put it past Goodell to use something else like Dez had unpaid J-Walking ticket when he got caught crossing against the light and in front of a church bus of children and the driver had to brake.

As soon as I seen Steve Dennis was involved with this, I ignored his crap. Dennis is just a crap stirrer, he adds nothing of value.

They said no contact between Dez's agents and Cowboys FO...I thought there was an article they sent a contract to them. And not the one from during last season.

Could a law enforcement investigation be going on behind the seen (extortion).
Why no comment from Wal-Mart officials, (good or bad)

Time will tell but the deadline for using the franchise tag is coming up soon

Why make a statement about something that isn't true? Why give any credence to these jokers and the hate? Not worth his time at all. IMO Dez is showing great restraint in not arguing about it. He's stated many time he's moving past the BS so many want to bring him down with.

Monday is the deadline to put the tag on Bryant, but the next deadline is July 15, which is when a long-term deal needs to be finalized or the receiver would play the year under the franchise tag.

I completely disagree. The Cowboys are doing the right thing. Keep your mouth shut and let it pass. No reason to bring any more attention to this matter as far as I am concerned. It's in the past just leave it there.

I'm a big fan of Dez the player, but he is obviously not the smartest guy. It's well documented that he was slow to learn the offense going back the the Patrick Peterson comments a couple of years ago that Dez had very very limited routes that he was running. Off the field he has obviously made a lot of dumb decisions. I'm certain that he is not doing all of the things that the Cowboys advised him to do.

Intelligence is hard to define. There is a concept of emotion intelligence where people might have a high IQ but when combined with emotions their IQ becomes much lower. With Dez it appears that his IQ is already limited, but then he appears to be very affected by emotions which farther lowers his intelligence.

It's funny that people are so defensive when intelligence is discussed. Many average Joe people readily admit that they are not good athletes but rarely ever admit they have limited intelligence. It seems insulting towards people that make their way in life by intelligence over physical ability. For people like Engineers, Scientists, Neurosurgeons, etc., their intelligence is equivalent to athletes physical measurable(s).

If an Engineer is not insulted when someone says he is not a good athlete, then why should an athlete be so insulted if people say that he has limited intelligence.
