I thought our 5-7 team played about as well as we can expect. We just aren’t very good.

And why it’s probably healthier to try and win as many as possible and hope it carries over as draft position is nothing more than consolation .

Problem is I don’t see us winning anymore games even with a good effort. Much like I didnt see us winning last night.

We aren't a good team. But we fought hard. It’s just not in our cards .

A consolation prize is about all we have to play for...... Trying to get a top 10 pick should be the organizations goal at this point.

I think that Overshown injury will take all the wind out of the defenses sails. We are 3 point dogs to Carolina. That's says it all.

Panthers have been playing well even in defeat. Took KC and Phil to brink.

I don’t think we win another one unless Phi or Wash are resting players if have seed locked up.

This era the Cowboys continue to find new ways to lose. It’s incredible. Most fans weren’t even aware of this possession rule after a blocked punt. Obviously our players didn’t have their head in it .

This team despite all of the obstacles, handicaps and diversions continued to fight hard but when the football gods and karma is against you then all of your most stupid traits come out.

While this season probably wasn’t headed anywhere even if we won out it’s difficult for me to root against winning even knowing the consolation prize at the end. And to the credit of this coaching staff and roster, they continued fighting. But we obviously aren’t a very good team overall and the football gods definitely aren’t with us.

..its been like that for while. But more than anything,.it does feel a higher power is pulling the strings

When you have one or two players going at 150%, while their mates are on cruise control, those players are going to get hurt because they're trying to pickup their GOD-AWFUL mates..............

Blame Jerry for this atrocious season. We can blame the coaches, the players and even the cheerleaders. It's Jerry who is at fault. He needs to be fired asap.

Yup Jerry and his kid. I never seen a team completely bypass FA every year like these clowns and then overpay all their own players. The strategy of this front office is truly laughable. I guess no one gets tired of talking about how great they draft yet they waste all of them and can't win playoff games. The blame falls squarely on the GM, he hung his coaches out to dry when the team should've and could've taken a step forward.
