He has seen baseball get beat up a few times over the last 15 years or so between the strike, the steriods etc..

This afternoon on the way home I was listening to 610am here in Kansas City.
At the end of the end of the two o'clock hour of the sports talk show they were discussing the Patriot cheating scandal and mentioned that the Washington Commanders believe they can prove we did the same thing to them last year. Has anyone in the DC area heard anything like that?

That would really suck. I got to kinda wonder, if true is this something that has been widespread for awhile or just part of BP's coaching tree.

Let's put it this way - if they can prove it - why on earth haven't they?

Exactly what I think, I mean a lot of people speed, but only the ones who get caught get fined. TOO BAD...you got caught, now be a man and pay up(in draft picks).

What is scary is if they find out he has been doing this for a long time(before winning the Super Bowls), is that really what you call WORLD CHAMPIONS?

BTW, I live in the DC area, never heard of any sport analyst mention the Cowboys cheating like the Pats did.

Only slightly relevant, but I found it funny.

This morning on the Norm Hitzges show he re-told a story of an interview he'd done with Carlton Fisk, in which Fisk said he stopped meeting with his pitchers in their hotels on the road when he realized he'd been placed in the same hotel room in NYC on three straight visits to play the Yankees.

I was watching Monday Night Countdown and they asked Bill about it. He kinda avoided the question and said that teams should just change signals every game.

Jerry Jones this morning on the Ticket was asked about the cheating in the league. He told a story about when he was on the Competition Committee back in the early 90's. Some of the NFL owners told him "We knew what play you guys were going to run every time. We just couldn't stop you." It has been, and will continue to, happen. It's just who is smart enough not to get caught with their pants down.

That didnt mean those teams were cheating. We were so dominant we really ran a handful of plays in those Aikman/Smith/Irvin SB years. But we did it so well you couldn't stop us. THATS what they meant. They knew what we were going to run. They couldn't stop us.

But they didnt cheat to find that out. The point was even if you pretty much know what the other team is going to run you still have to have the players and scheme to stop them.

On a side note, why is Kansas City worried about Dallas and Washington. I would think they would be a little bit more concerned about getting their arse kicked by the freaking Texans......

But remember this: Weaker teams will generally accuse the stronger team of cheating. It's an excuse in many cases.

stealing signs is one thing, but Messing with the radio equitment to , listen in, and jam the radios , i think the nfl should ban that.. WHy are the radios allowed, to stop stelaing signs... if you listen in to tjhe radio you are breakign the whole point of the radios
