Mullen is a better looking field/boundary CB then Sheffield or Alexander who both look like slot CBs to me. Also, Mullen could be a gunner on STs replacing Wright. Speaking of Wright, this move and the others should have him on edge because McClay n crew don't seem to have confidence in him and are working to get him out of town...Mullen is a high enough draft pick to start a competition.

Pretty sure that's college highlights but I'm a fan of KJ bro he just has not been the same since that incident after that bad night out. He has not looked like that unless it's plays on special teams bro. Mullen has NFL highlights locking up players just saying.

From what I have found out he had a contract accelerator if he would've started 10+ he scheduled to start his 11th this week and when Murray went down they was like nope we need the money and picks so they wouldn't give up a higher pick for him to the Raiders. I was wondering the same thing he was playing good ball in Arizona it was a weird situation that our dare I say it......front office did a good job staying on top of and capitalizing.

From what I understand, a deadline was looming to where the Cardinals would owe the Raiders a 6th round pick. By cutting him now, that draft pick is reduced to a 7th.

It's not that he's worthless, Mullen didn't reach their expectation as a starter and he was beat out by another player.

This is a former 2nd round pick in only his 4th season. I am intruiged.

Kelvin Joseph has SUCKED while in the pros with the Cowboys, and THAT IS WHY the Cowboys quickly picked up Mullen as soon as he was cut by the Cardinals.
