Panthers were running a 3-4 last year with McCoy at LE and Poe at NT. Doesn't look ideal for their talent. Kuechly retired, maybe LB corps wasn't that well either - Shaq Thompson seems a little small for inside lb.

At 29 years old, Poe and McCoy would help Dallas clog the line against opposing RB's. Poe also likely won’t break the bank for Jerry. They should absolutely try to finalize this and bring him in. He'll be sporting a STAR as soon as I'm finished typing!

I think he’s asking for 12m a year. He turned down a 14.5m player option with the Vikings- they probably would’ve cut him but who knows - he had a productive season and they’ve lost a lot of players this offseason.

Yes but most of that complaining was because there was high capital spent. Like signing Tank when he had one healthy season at the time, signing cooper when he had disappeared in 2nd half of 2 of the last 3 seasons due to leg injuries, spending a top 40 pick on Jaylon who was a question mark health wise.

Previously applied logical still has context applied to it, Poe is a different context (glorified veteran camp body)

I wish I was referring to prior discussion concerning your examples of Demarcus Lawrence and Jaylon Smith but I was not.

In all cases, applicable knowledge of injuries, how injuries occur and the ramifications of the injuries should be considered as context also. I do not believe proper application has been provided on occasion in prior forum discussion. Just my two cents.

Not good - particularly YoY compared to 2018. Don't know why, but numbers don't look good at all.
