I just listened to his postgame presser and he looks concerned. He looked and sounded like a guy in over his head and we’re only in preseason. We’ve looked like garbage in preseason. Tonight was pretty concerning because we played some starters and players that are going to contribute to season. I’m beginning to get a very bad feeling about this season.

I didn't listen to or watch the PC. Just going off what he was quoted saying. And yeah, I know we haven't seen all the starters but I, too, have a certain feeling about it all. May be a season for catharsis.

OK. Clearly Joe is a long term project. He is in no way ready for QB2 or even a game day activation. Let grier play next week and see if he can be qb2 or go get one.

With schotty, we'll see what he becomes but so far its hard to imagine a worse 2 preseason games. They look soft and weak but make up for that with a complete lack of discipline.

My thinking is opposite.....I think people are underestimating how good Schotty can be.


There is nothing to support the thinking of another Dave Campo 2.0 IMO......

Schotty's experience vs Campo is night and day. Hell, Jimmy even thinks he will do fine. I know that's not saying much but I think he's going to surprise a lot of fans.

BS should have NEVER been hired. He is inept, has never been a HC (in a league where HCs are needed) and that is with his last name. Imagine being a Schottenheimer and never being a HC.

This man was IN THE BUILDING for one of the worst offenses this team has ever had in the red zone. So he gets promoted? He was also here for all of the pre snap penalties that get blamed on Mike. Yeah. Looks like that isnt going to change.

This was terrible from the start. Then you factor in the lackluster FA, lazy draft.

Yeah this team is going to be bad this year. Philly is going to destroy them, Washington most likely, heck, NY may even blow the doors off of them if they can run the ball.
