I wouldn’t be so quick to write it off. We can say he’s not qualified but what we can’t say is he hasn’t been around great coaches. He’s seen what works and what doesn’t. He’s trying something. There’s a method to the madness and I don’t think it has anything to do with the “leadership angle”.

So are you saying that every quarterback who had a good running game succeed and won a Superbowl?

Because I can name lots of quarterbacks who have/had the best running backs in the league and didn't sniff a Superbowl. A great running back is only one component in a TEAM game. There is not a single player in NFL history who has won a Superbowl by themselves.

This won't work out well. Micah is an annoying guy in person so Dak will have to tolerate that guy in his space. Dak won't keep Micah in check in the locker room if that's the hope by BS. This move is 100% BS trying to control the locker room. Next, we'll see how he changes up designating team captains each week.
