Apparently, McCarthy's best ability is just staying out of the way and letting the coaches that actually know what they're doing coach.
Only if you post those black and white pics of yours from your glory daysPut a pee wee pic of when you played football as your avatar.....that's a good start.....
So that’s what you got from this. The same could be said of Jimmy Johnson, you know. He coached no position, and unlike Mike, didn’t even focus on one side of the ball in the NFL. He hired and fired coaches until he had the right ones, and he managed the culture.Apparently, McCarthy's best ability is just staying out of the way and letting the coaches that actually know what they're doing coach.

Penn State and allNot surprised on the Lavar Arrington comment. I'm always wondering why no one has mentions how similar Parsons is to that guy.

I really think people sleep on Amari, both in terms of his skill level and what an impact he has on the locker room. At the very least I hope Dallas restructures his contract to keep him around for at least 3 more years. He's worth every penny, even in this tight salary cap era, IMO. I'll accept him having to leave once Diggs and Parsons need to be paid but I think we can easily keep Amari, Randy, and several other cornerstone players.
