The key with back ups is their play in special teams. If you're a back up and dont play on ST you're a luxury. This applies to Williams and Byrd. Also explains why guys like Heath and Randle are keepers.

We also cut Minter . This front office is a joke. I understand Bishop was a 7th round investment but cmon Minter > Bishop and it isn't even close.

That's not true at all. Bishop needs some time to develop and is in good shape. Minter is a blob and only produced against 4th stringers. Cut cut away
