Part of me wants to say...what do you expect people? Dallas has little draft capital/leverage to move up. They won the division last year and that equates to drafting #24. If you put all your hopes and dreams of hitting it out of the park with a top 10-15 pick at #24, then that's on you (us). Even Parsons, while a 'steal', was at #12.

Free agency? That's another story.

Hill, Kupp, Adams, Deebo, Jefferson, Chase (this one by a lot), Metcalf, Godwin, Hopkins, Diggs, and Williams and that is 11 off the top of my head (and if Thomas is healthy throw him on that list as well) and that was without even looking around the NFL. He is a good player but nothing special.
