When Tyler Smith and Steele start killing drives with penalties....don't say I didn't warn you.
There is literally almost no way they will kill more than the #1 and another top 10 in the NFL penalty machines they are replacing.

Hey this is the time of the year everyone is optimistic !!!
:flagwave::flagwave::flagwave::flagwave::flagwave::flagwave::flagwave::flagwave::flagwave::flagwave:

To answer your question I don't spend time with any team but the Cowboys.

I might watch a little NFC East football because it affects the Cowboys.

But that is pretty much it...
Not really looking at other teams threads but i went to the jets forum yesterday to see how bad they were freaking out about zach wilson and it was very depressing lol

We are cursed one in the same.

I became a fan at a time I thought we'd win every single year, because we kinda did.

The last 26 years have been very disappointing. I don't trust this organization at all to build a winner. They have to earn that trust back.

Everything being equal... teams would win a SB once every 32 years. It's been a hard 1/4 century but at least we aren't the Lions. Could you imagine?

There is promise in this draft class because they addressed the positions that departed, OG, DE, WR and TE.

I was pretty high on the class of 21; however, only one player really stood out and several of those players really need to step up this season.

I do think the 3 year evaluation rule is over. That was at a time when rookies, except RB's, had a hard time getting on the field and some HC's wouldn't let rookie OL near it unless injury forced.

Now, the 1st rounders are supposed to contribute immediately and the 2nd day picks before the season is over. Decisions have to be made more quickly now because most coaching staffs only have about 3 years.

I do think, out of necessity, many are putting too much on this draft class to accelerate the process of acclimating. Being dependent on Smith, Williams, Tolbert and Ferguson to fill the gaps quickly might be a little overly optimistic.
I would argue that Osa had a damn good season last year. I believe he was 3rd on the team in tackles for loss and qb hits if i am not mistaken.

He was a beast in the SF game.

I expect him to push for a pro bowl spot this season.

Does anyone see this kind of thread on other teams’ boards? I’m not trying to be facetious—just wondering aloud.

Tyler Smith looks like he could be very good. We also like Williams, Tolbert and Ferguson, and if Clark fully recovers, an absolute STEAL!

Blahblahblah…grass is always greener….just sayin’.

I saw someone post that the eagles draft was outstanding here.
Does that count?

Well its pre season and I'm watching Tyler get beat by scrubs so he should be a hof by halftime.

He was beaten like drum in the 49ers game. Stop make up things to hype players up.

He always sucked in run defense.

I’m pretty inebriated and only watched the first half but I thought I saw Smith manhandle a few guys in a way Williams never did

.....this draft class looked like a dog pile tonight....

Tyler Smith isn't a guard.
Sam Williams can't play the run....
Tolbert.....7 targets....2 catches for 10 yards.
Ferguson looked decent

He pancakes 1 guy. He held twice, 1 hold He threw the guy down. But he also allowed 2 guys past him unblocked. A log would have given more resistance. So all in all he's slightly better than Chaz green. I'm sure he gets better and elevates to average.

There’s a whole thread on it. They had a good draft, but so did we. Apparently.

Of course, the jury’s still out for both. We’ll see. Bottom line, we’re not scared of them.
You really need to wait 3-5 years to judge a draft imo.
