Cowboys Schedule

@ Bears

Packers

@ Commanders

Eagles

Eagles schedule

Lions

@ vikings

Bears

@ Cowboys

How do you guys see this playing out? It seems like every game for us is vital. The Eagles are hot right now and I could see them possibly clinching the division before they even play us.

With the way our defense plays I think we could easily have 2 more losses left in us before we even see the Eagles.

Thoughts?

Its a crap shoot.

Both Dallas and Philly and the NFC North teams are so wildly inconsistent that its impossible to tell. Either team could go 0-4 as easily as 4-0

As hot as Philly's been, I think they come back down to Earth and lose to the Lions. I can see them going 2-1 before our game, but I can also see us going 2-1.

In a way I'm happy Washington lost last night. Since they are mathematically eliminated from the playoffs, I'm hoping they will have mailed it in by the time they face us.

Philly has won 4 straight. I wouldn't say that is inconsistent.

Im worried that they will have this division clinched.

We can't stop legit QB's and im sure all of these injured QB's on our schedule will be ready to play when we come to town.

man that cards game was big. palmer is such a BUM but its unbelievable what the refs did at the end of that game.

looking at the eagles schedule, if they beat the lions (a team that i do not trust), i can easily see them winning all 3 games, meaning we'd have to win 2 out of 3. could you imagine the Commanders game on the road as a MUST WIN game? that would make me sick but it could happen if the cowboys don't take care of business early. this bears game is HUGE. win it then i think we carry the momentum into the following week vs. the packers.

If it was @ Detroit I would agree but Philly will probably get the W at home.

I was hoping the Cards would beat Philly and came away disappointed. The Lions are better but they are a dome team going to the east coast and who knows what the weather will be like. The Eagles are playing well, no doubt about it.

It may very well come down to week 17 yet again. {sigh}

we really need a favor from the lions this week, for two reasons....

1. just beating the eagles would help us obviously and open up the opportunity for us to lock up the division before week 17.

2. if the lions lose to the eagles and the packers beat the falcons at home (easy money), then the packers have life in the division and we most likely see rodgers play vs us.

so we almost need a lions win more than a cowboys win.

I think that is our best case scenario.

I know it's dumb to give anyone a W or L before the games are played but I think Philly could wrap up this division in the next 3 weeks.

I know they havent played that well but I have a feeling the game @ Minnesota is going to be tough for philly. If we beat Chicago I believe we'll run the table, but its going to be close.

This goes to show you how important some of those early season losses were. While everyone said it didnt matter because they werent division losses I knew they would come back to possibly haunt us.

Against 4 awful teams.

Streaks don't mean anything if you don't beat anybody good.

Both teams have games they can lose. Eagles probably have a little more confidence but the Cowboys can be a game behind going into week 17 and still win the division.

Cowboys schedule scares me because winning in Chicago is not easy, If Rodgers plays, that easily could be a loss and the Skins would want to play spoiler. That's dangerous.

I think the Eagles will lose to the lions and we'll lose to the Packers. Both will squeeze out wins against the Bears. Cowboys beat Commanders and Eagles beat vikings... it wouldn't matter if there was an extra loss in there for the Cowboys.. They could still take the division.

I'm hoping we just win out. Winning more than 3 or 4 games in a row is a good indication of a team ready for the playoffs.

Cowboys Schedule

@ Bears
Win, 27-24. Both defenses struggle to make stops and Bailey kicks a game winner as time expired; creating pandemonium in CZ. Both teams are decimated with injuries on defense and our lines on both sides are playing more consistent. They do have Marshall, Jeffrey and Forte. The problem is they're too many holes on the Oline. We will get enough pressure on their QB to cause some bad throws.

Packers
Win, 31-27. This is a shoot out and GB scores a late TD and fail to recover an onside kick. Mathews will struggle to get to the QB with Smith holding him down. Rodgers will miss having Cobb and Finley.

@ Commanders
Loss, 24-13. A win clinches the division and our boys come out flat. Washington runs on us and keeps us off the field; setting up a week 17 showdown with Philly on SNF!

Eagles
Win, 38-27. This game is a shoot out from the get go. The boys take an early lead and don't look back. Foles throws an INT late in the 4th and we kneel it on the way to the playoffs.

Eagles schedule

Lions
Loss, 27-13. Detroit will move the ball on them and will beat them on the line. I have a hunch Foles throws his first INT due to poor decision making when he has pressure. It wouldn't surprise me if he looks the same way he did when they played us.

@ vikings
Win, 24-17. Foles will bounce back and toss 3 TD's.
Bears
Win, 34-13. Chicago will be out of the race for the playoffs and place players on IR. Philly again beats a team decimated with injuries.

@ Cowboys

Are you really being objective when you say this? That would require the Cowboys to be 2 games back from the Eagles when they play them. The Cowboys would have to lose 3 in a row for this scenario to be even remotely possible.

I just hope the importance of this game is being preached to our team and they aren't getting the same robotic speech about "oh we're treating every game with the same importance blah blah garbage".

The Cowboys need urgency and it needs to show up on gameday.

Im saying I could see Dallas losing 2 of their next 3 and Philly winning all 3 of these games they have.

If we drop the Monday Nighter and Rodgers comes back then I kind of expect this.

it could happen by us winning 1 out of 3 and the eagles winning 3 out of 3.
