A good friend of mine had beer poured all over his 9-year-old son at their stadium because he was in a Cowboys jersey.

Philadelphia is a cesspool full of Neanderthals and DNA mutations.

What self respecting adult could pour beer on a child? I don't care what the circumstances are. It's hard to believe that some of these people are grown ups with spouses and kids and jobs and a homes. It's just hard to fathom someone with adult responsibilities believing it's a good idea to abuse a child for wearing a certain jersey (or any other reason). Some people take their fandom too far.

Sadly, it's not an uncommon story in their stadium. That's why they have an actual jail in the stadium itself.

Honestly I don't think that is unreasonable. Its not like they said he couldn't be there, only they don't want the distraction.

At that point Id inform my wife I will likely need to be bailed out. That's crossing a line and deserves an appropriate response. Ive never seen anyone come close to treating a road fan like that in Dallas. The eagles and thier fans are so easy to hate.

I'm surprised he didn't get pelted with snowballs! I wonder if it was a Dez, Irvin or better yet Drew Pearson jersey. Drew jersey would have been awesome, especially after the draft speech.
Good thing we have cell phones now........20 years ago they pelted people with Size C batteries, even Santa........

Was in Oxnard a couple of years ago......Fans of various teams walked thru the seating area to jeers and boo's ...followed by laughter, but didnt see any security move them out or ask them to take off jerseys

I'd venture, Philly team security advised by team ownership know their fans well....they simply know it wont be long for a Iggles fan to do something stupid, hence the easiest thing is to ask the visitor to comply

Exactly -- objection well taken. It's one example of how way too many fans are drawn to thuggish acts. Pathetic!

Brave dude.

That's like going to an ISIS party dressed like Moses.

Dressed like Moses? In the middle east, they all dress like Moses, nothing out of the norm, with the long hair/beard, long robes, etc.

They have rules like this at all camps, or just Philly?!? Because Ive seen plenty of videos of Philly fans at Cowboys camps, and they were only kicked out after being utterly disrespectful to people...

"Ed Kracz, a beat reporter for the Bucks County Courier Times, posted a photo of a fan rocking a No. 88 Cowboys jersey and later followed it up by saying, "Fan in #Cowboys jersey told to leave or take it off. Team policy. Said it would be the same if it were any other team jersey too."
