Cowboys first sports franchise in the world to be worth $8 billion

How do you get to 8 billion on the back of decades of humiliations and bargain bin signings?

I really really really don't care.
Do most fans?
We care about Lombardi's
Don't show me the money
Show me the championships!
Some fans use this as ammo to validate Jerry's ownership and "GM" talents. I don't. Cowboys haven't win anything in 25+ years. It's a joke they still make money with an inferior product year after year.

This is amazing. A sports franchise that hasn't accomplished anything in decades to be worth so much. Jerry bought the Cowboys in 1989 for a then-record $150 million. Yet some in here call Jerry "dumb". :lmao2:
Worth has little to do with accomplishments
It’s a business and it’s about revenue, not wins
The worth of the team is all about it’s financial value
And 8 billion is probably low

Cha-Ching!!! $$$$$$$$$$

Jerry Jones is a brilliant man. one of the absolute best salesmen I have ever seen, anywhere. Patriots with 6 championships are only worth 6.4B. Cowboys with dismal playoff performance in the past 28 years, bottom 3 in the league are worth 8B. who else can do that but Jerry.

and as long as this franchise is worth like that, nothing will change. congrats to the cowboys fandom for winning the franchise value superbowl. don't wait on the other one.
