If the FO didn’t talk so much to the media and kept things in-house, things might actually be better for Dallas.amazing what happens when players and agents are REASONABLE. Did Jevontae drag out forever? So Jerry is supposed to just pay the kicker 10 million? Nearly double the next highest paid kicker? Supposed to just make Pickens the highest paid guy in football? This seems to always happen with COWBOYS players because the media just keeps writing more and more putlandish crap for clicks. So the dollar amounts keep going up and up and up?
They read Jerry and Stephen like a book. I’m sure Jerry says one thing and does the opposite, just like when he says they’re all in and then does absolutely nothing to prove it.You guys kill me as if this front office does everything perfect!!!! Do you not think that super agents Todd Frances and David Mulughetta hate dealing with Jerry and stephen based on how they do their clients??? They wait, the bash their clients, they stall etc etc, they go through the media instead of the agents
Exactly!!!! I wish we just had a normal owner who moved in silence, was aggressive and evaluated talent well. Did I say he would be a normal owner that let the GM do his thing, sorry I didn't mean to repeat myself! lolThey read Jerry and Stephen like a book. I’m sure Jerry says one thing and does the opposite, just like when he says they’re all in and then does absolutely nothing to prove it.
Typical cowboys
Our lack of a healthy, functional front office is our biggest obstacle to success.

Our front office is incompetentIt doesn't concern me personally I think it's high time the front office push back
Typical cowboys
They did Williams.
Pickens was always getting the tag.
Aubrey? Thats on him if he refused to become the highest paid.
Right Coogles thinks he's smart,Making an offer that makes him the highest paid kicker is not necessarily considered low.Isn't this how negotiations go?
We make an offer that is low. You counter with something higher. We argue and gripe until we come to an agreement in the middle??
Definitely not lowballing at all And by the way it says rumor right next to the thread, I thought those weren't allowed, but we're trying to have a real conversation over rumors,Making an offer that makes him the highest paid kicker is not necessarily considered low.
But it basically reports that nothing has changed from previous years.Yep. Not exactly breaking news.
Our lack of a healthy, functional front office is our biggest obstacle to success.
As you wishOur front office is incompetent
Trade both of them.amazing what happens when players and agents are REASONABLE.
Unfortunately, it is very believable.Definitely not lowballing at all And by the way it says rumor right next to the thread, I thought those weren't allowed, but we're trying to have a real conversation over rumors,
ridiculous,
we heard nothing from the front office or the star, therefore the disagreements are coming from the other side; the agent, the player, the wife, any agency using this avenue, once again to posture for more money, but at least they were honest most people say the rumors not that they didn't ask for 10 ,they're saying they didn't get an offer for 7-7.5, or they didn't turn an offer down for 7-7.5, isn't that saying that that number was mentioned and they said, no it's 10..
so therefore, an offer has not been submitted because why would the Cowboys waste their time writing up an offer if they're just gonna wrinkle it up and throw it in the trash.
