Garrett is and should be on the hot seat. He hasn't gotten the job done. This should be painfully obvious to anyone who understands the game.

okay so explain the injuries on defense? and who again had say on the Oline and that is was good?

Otherwise, we saw immediate improvement from the team when he took over. And then a rapid reshuffling of the secondary and the OL after we collapsed defensively late last season, and then a spate of significant injuries that derailed the conference title bid again this season.

Garrett definitely is on the hot seat, regardless. But that's as it should be.

The only improvement I've seen under Garrett is the team fights harder. That's it.
