They are an absolutely terribly run organization. Wouldn’t say they develop talent well. They have developed some talent but not much
Gafford is the only guy off the top of my head that they took as a non lotto pick and outplayed expectations in the Wall/Beal era

Nice. I'm hoping the answer is in the numbers.

I'm sure that's where it's been hiding.

Out of curiosity, is she experienced in the appropriate segregation & reporting of garbage time stats.

Is anybody taking bets she quits before Week 1 when she finds out her boos has fathered approximately 24 children from various places around the world?

I'm sure this is all Will McClay's' doing. He's the Cowboys analytics guy.

What does all of the data say about keeping the same GM for 28 years despite not making it to a conference championship game?

How about maintaining a VP of Player Personnel who can only negotiate pre established rookie deals and sign the occasional UFL player?

I love analytics although I will always remind football fans and coaches that it is a great tool and not a religion.

However, the analytics department for the Cowboys simply means shifting the data to constantly support the decisions of an egomaniac narcissist.

Hey! I have some sort of déjà vu. Didn't we hire some great data minds last year or a couple of years ago? And everything was supposed to get better? I remember talking Moneyball here.

But just like the A's in the movie... great regular season but going nowhere in the post season. :muttley:

Still not against this of course. Just thinking this is mandatory anyway and not news.
