To be honest I really do not know if this is a good hire or not but in McClay I Trust.....if he hired him then who am I to argue?!

I haven't seen anything indicating who initiated the hire, although his dad, Gary, is well known in NFL circles. Of course, Klein has had some experience, also, to a lesser degree, which, at least, offers hope that he knows what he's doing. I expect we'll learn more about him in due time. All I know right now is that he was formerly an area scout for Denver after serving as an intern for Houston. I wouldn't be surprised if McClay was involved, though.

Normally I wouldn't think it's a good sign when the guy was fired and looking for work instead of stealing someone when their contract is up. But in this case the Broncos were clearly cutting ties with the Kubiak family. Looks like that divorce did not go well.
