the changes with the staff seem calculated and subtle, and just might work. Sometimes a change and new voice makes all the difference. We shall see. I think less dudes in Daks ear is a great start. I luv the fact they cut way down on the staff hires. I like the direction.

I mean, this is what you should do. Take a younger guy with coaching prospects and start him as an assistant position coach inside the position he played I'd like to see something similar happen to Sean Lee.

Better than instantly elevating a guy from backup QB to a Coordinator position.
