I don't view Switz as the 5th receiver. I think he'll play a big role this season.
I also don't see kickoff returns as worth much of any investment and I don't want fumbles under any circumstance.
Down as many as possible. Use a bigger guy back there, IMO.
Look around the league. Punt returners and k.o. returner are often different profiles.
Switzer has yet to see the field. He won't be running plays as a WR for a few weeks, unless injuries start to mount.
With no experience, he's pretty far down the pecking order. Dez, Williams, Witten, Beazley, Butler. His focus will be on punt returns for the time being.
