The tackles stat doesn’t mean much without context. Jaylon Smith had 154 tackles in 2020 and he was an awful player.

It also not inconsequential without context. Realistically I doubt many Cowboy fans scrutinize every Bears game.

Higher than they want to pay but not higher than what they just paid TJ Edwards and Tremaine Edmunds?

It's not like those guys are slouches, and for us he would probably just be a rotational player at OLB when we us 3 LBs or when Parsons is at DE.

Well without any space eating and block eating DTs......a smaller linebacker will get eaten alive in our defensive scheme!

I doubt he would be the plan at MLB, so as long as he is playing outside I expect he could be useful.
