He had 9.5 sacks in 2020. Last year he tore his rotator cuff which is going to affect pass rush ability.

He's actually been very consistent totalling 91.5 sks for his career. The years his numbers were down 2010 rookie non-starter, 2013 back surgery, 2015 blowing his fingers off, 2021 rotator cuff injury.

We wouldn’t, that was my point. Fans want Wagner and seems no matter what the cost.
No other team is flocking to sign him either, so he wants big money and a long term deal.

so fans should not criticize Jerry for not having a deal done yet.
