It's been reported several times that Eberflus is not yet hired. They have to go through the ridiculous charade of the Rooney Rule first.

We do not know this yet. Yeah, some similarities. But that is across the NFL now.

The main reason he was hired was due to Booger wanting continuity. Yea there might be some tweaks but for all intents and purposes this will be the same offense as our prima Dona QB isn’t capable of learning new terminology or schemes. His football IQ is low.

It's good practice for them and they get an expenses paid vacation to jerryworld........ plus, you never know. Tomlin wasn't the front runner for the Steeler job. He was a secondary coach who made the jump on the strength of an interview. The more you do, the better you get.

Correct. Werder came out after and said he jumped the gun. Jane Slater said it’s nothing official.

He likely signs after the weekend. They likely are just following the Rooney Rule.

I don’t think you’ll find a better DC than Eberflus at this point.

You're right; I'm expecting worse that 7 wins even if we are healthy. Across the NFL, not every GM is trying to poison their product.
