Something I like about hiring all these young assistant coaches is their input during draft time couldbe invaluble, finding late round picks and free agents

Apparently he was listed as the interim DC after the previous one left to Penn State. So if he comes to Dallas, they will need to look for a DC. He might be a great addition in Big D.
