Harris needs to be replaced as a returner. If he would have just started upfield as soon as he caught that last put he would have gotten 20 yards. He waited a few seconds before doing anything, then runs sideways when the field in front of him was open. I think he has lost his burst as well.

Seems like he's trying to juke too much vs just taking it up field but what do I know

He's not quick anymore, straight line speed is still good.
