Cowboys look to Draft Culture Changing 1st Rounders

Does anyone know if Will McClay keeps the same group of scouts on staff or does he rotate them in/out based on how successful they are? Like is the scout who was responsible for Mazi Smith or Taco Charlton still around?

Change on its own is worthless without a plan on the field and leadership top down.

Not pushing anything. I made a comment about the draft.
Everyone speculated about it. So I am not allowed to? Which I really didn't. I asked a simple question. And you and others go off the deep end about it.
Are you the speculation police?

“Speculation” when you admitted you don’t do a bit of research and instead just repeated the nastiest possible take on it is wrong and reckless

better to say nothing

Just like you are doing now. Take your own advice and say nothing.
You do it all the time. Take everything and turn it into negative comments.
So how is that any different?

Edit. I’d suggest you just take the L

Sounds a lot like Jason's RKG's. I wonder if this comes from the HC because he knows the culture of no accountability and show off lose ball comes from Jerry so it makes him want to lean towards guys that don't need as much guidence.

Relying on rookies to change the culture is insane for a supposed contender
It would have to be a Ray Rice or Luke Keuchly "type" player drafted to change the culture of the defense.

Quinnen and Clark are excellent mentors that respect the game and should help with accountability.

As gifted as Parsons was, he didn't have the character and temperament to be a true leader.

It has won nothing. Hard work is what wins games, not grab azz little kid games. But, consider the times, back then it was when men were men and they did not really need to be coddled.
There’s like one coach in the league left who is an old school hardass

It doesn’t work anymore.

Don’t like it? Fire up your VCR and put on some old NFL Films highlight tapes from the 1970s

Cowboys rarely fire anyone

It’s a cesspool of nepotism and cronyism.

Will’s boss has been there for 32 years. The two of them probably have socks that old.

Jerry - 36 years - GM
Stephen - 36 years - COO
Charlotte - 36 years - Marketing
Jerry Jr - 36 years - Sales

Todd Williams - 32 yrs - VP Football Ops
Craig Gliebert - 36 yrs - Travel/Logistics
Jason McCay - 14 yrs - Football Tech
Adam Prasifka - 26 yrs - Salary Cap
Brian Wansley - 31 yrs - Player Dev.
Will McClay - 25 yrs - VP Personnel
Jim Maurer - 37 yrs - Head of Training
