Dak has been in 6 playoffs games and played great in 4, good enough to win in 1 and bad in another.

Diggs and Lamb are fine before the season starts, then less concern next year, and can focus on others , and dare I say....better FA's.

My guess is Dak will be next offseason. I say that because they already restructured his contract this year. Had they planned on giving him an extension, there would be no reason for a restructure, since an extension takes care of that too.

Just me, CBs are hard to figure. As a general rule, they get their money/big deals off interceptions but that is a stat that can be all over the chart......up one year, down two years, maybe back up, maybe not.

Anyone with a brain would leave the Prescott extension until the end of next season to keep their options open to cut him post June 2024 should he fail in the Play Offs AGAIN on a loaded roster in a poor conference.

It was a huge failure and an embarrassment to not reach the NFC Championship game last season given the quality of the roster and with so few injuries.

To be honest, I'm not sure that's not a good idea for both. You's have Diggs here 2 more years, and Lamb 3 more years. What's our window again? And how long would they otherwise be here after that?

I'm OK with Lamb, he's proven he can be the No.1 WR. Just not sure Diggs's value to our team matches what it will cost the keep him coz we still have to sign Parsons. To be honest, his (Diggs ) response isn't exactly signaling I know I will be a Cowboy long-term.

I’m all for exploring what it would take to extend these guys. I would be more proactive on CeeDee, cautious on Diggs (not top of the market money) and if Dak’s wasn’t commensurate with his level of play I would say thank you we will consider your demands and quietly throw it in the trash and start really scouting QBs hard.

Lamb is next offseason. Only way he signs is if the Cowboys set the market (by a lot) or he has a bum agent.

I think the sooner we get him and Parsons' contracts done, the better.
