For me it means that I will not buy any Cowboys merchandise, tickets or anything else that goes toward the Cowboys as long as he is on the team. It is probably a meaningless gesture but it will be my stand. I know that they will never notice the loss of the patronage of one fan but if I am not the only one to feel that way they may notice a drop off in revenue while he is around.

If I were a betting man, I'd say TO doesn't come to Dallas, even though I think he'd vastly improve our offense.

Season ticket holder from day 1, still have them, lived next door to Ermel Allen, Tom Landrys assistant where as a young kid I would go over when they had team meetings at his house. Have donated thousands of dollars and alot of my time to help Boys build the new stadium, etc.

My problem with Owens coming here will be more with the national media. The media will put the team under the microscope a lot more than they already are. They will blow little things into big stories and then the players and coaches have to deal with it. Major concerns will erupt that normally would be left in the locker room or on the field. The management will have to try to soothe over stuff that normally is just dropped and forgotten. It is a distraction for the team and will lead to nothing but problems. Let some other team deal with it.
