I bet Deion Sanders is mad. Deion was stick'n up for Talib during the time leading up to the draft.

Like they say, if you get in trouble in college, you are sure to get in trouble when you give a young and immature millions of dollars.

Like I said before, the two I wanted was Jenkins or Cason who is doing very well in San Deigo.

any news on the guy I actually wanted us to take.......Antoine Cason? I bet the Chargers are happy to have him in camp.
struggling a bit, but they're happy with him for the most part. There was some contract issues, so I think he missed some camp, but I'm not sure.

WAY to early for me to say rather the right decision was made or wasn't on who was chosen where.

It's training camp people. Training camp. They haven't even did a whole lot of live tackling or anything.

I think it's a lot better to wait and see how they do when it's real. When they've got to hit each other. When they're playing against guys who aren't their teammates.

Even at that it will be hard to say which was the best corner of the bunch for at least 2 seasons.

Jenkins didn't have any character issues coming out at all?
I really thought there was something about him people were talking about.

I don't pay attention to the college game, too many teams for me to keep up with.

The main knock on Jenkins that I read was his coaches saying he needs to work harder, and that he was a guy they had to push.

That bothered me. No one has doubted his talent and the arrest didn't sound like too much to be worried about.

Campo is doing an excellent job with the likes of Roy Williams, Hamlin and Jenkins and others.

I think Talib was a reach over Jenkins anyways.

McKelvin, DRC, and Jenkins were the clear cut best 3 imo and it wasnt even close.

I also felt Jenkins was the most safe pick out of all the corners in this draft as well.

I'd like to know how DRC and McKelvin are doing.

Also Brandon Flowers.

I disagree I think Cason was the most safe pick. DRC MCkelvin and Jenkins aer just raw talent with a high cieling.

I still think Dallas should have passed on Talib AND Jenkins.
And taken Brandon Flowers instead.
He's gonna be a player in this league.

Tampa Bay took another player with character issues, but I can't recall his name. Anyone remember? Allen rolled the dice and he may live to regret it.

Well thats totally opposite thinking of what Dave Campo and the Cowboys are saying. All along they've said that Jenkins is the most ready corner to play this year.

so what does that mean. They've been wrong before. Besides they have to be the only team who though that.

Jerry Jones will fall in love with any given player and then justify him taking it IE Jones > Mendenhall.
