Cowboys 'No' on Hardy

Hmmm, sounds like someone trying to backtrack. Maybe because he subsequently got some contrary info.
He didn't post it himself originally. It was one of his moronic errand boys that made the original article.

Notice he said he edited it. I think he is implying that his own errand boy is a moron.

Possibly that's it. That may mean he's going to wait awhile, since the league hasn't given any indications publicly that they're in a hurry to clear up his status.

it is what it is at the end of the day. teams move on and spend their money elsewhere.

One team that does have a good amount of money still is Oakland. Well Mark Davis was pretty clear as to his team's disposition.

I’m saying that he’s somebody we are not negotiating with and I don’t believe we would be interested in at this point in time,” Davis said to Kawakami. “I can tell you this: It has not been brought up to me and it would have to come to me …

“False, falser and falsest,” Davis told Tim Kawakami of the San Jose Mercury News regarding his team's reported interest in Hardy. “That is not true.”

Everything with Fisher is a "scoop", "breaking news" or "exclusive" these days. On most of these, he's just repeating what's in the public domain anyway.

Pretty transparent ploy to drive up membership for his pay site, where most of the stuff is either guys talking out of their *** with half-baked opinions, or "breaking" stuff that you could have read here earlier.

Like their big scoop offseason plan that had Dallas signing McCourty and Houston.

He did that with the Mavericks. He talked up all season how they would be big players to get Lebron James and or Dwayne Wade before Lebron went to Miami. Did the same thing for Deron Williams, Chris Paul and Dwight Howard a few years later. Wouldn't you know, almost all of this was subscription based in order to read those "insights". The guy is all about getting those subscriptions.
