OP must be a member of Kellen Moore's PR team
Just calling it like I see it. Think the Cowboys are lucky to have him. Our offense and Dak have prospered statistically with him as OC.

Yesterday just punctuated it with a backup QB.

Some Cowboy fans are so engrained to bash everything they can’t recognize when there’s something positive going on.

Not many been more critical in this era. But Moore is more an asset than liability for this team. As a matter of fact we probably have the best coaching staff since Parcells was here.

And we won’t be able to keep it together much longer. Other teams will come calling for them. It’s just a matter if it’s a team they want to go to.

He runs hot and cold in my opinion. He will call some really great sequences of plays and have the defense on their heels; then he inexplicably becomes predictable, to the extent the defense is anticipating the plays…then of course there is a gadget play or two that take forever to develop and cost the offense yards.

In the 1st half of the Bengals game he did a good job calling plays: stretching the field, being aggressive and attacking the defense; playing with good tempo.

In the 2nd half he became conservative; he wasn’t aggressive; tempo slowed; he seemed content to run 3 plays and put the onus on the defense to stop the Bengals. Granted a fumble by our TE cost us a first down and a possession, but for the most part I thought the offense regressed.

I know he is a coach’s kid, has an offensive mind and will probably be a head coach within the next year or two, but I still think there is room for improvement.

With all that being said, his future is bright…just not with Dallas.

KM overestimated Dak's potential and tried to turn him into Mahomes. The game plan should be simple, especially with the defense playing so well. Run the ball and shorten 3rd down yardage need for a first down. Control the clock and field position. Dak is a bus driver and treat him as such and he can bus drive better than Rush. Unfortunate thing is he is getting paid 40m per year to be no better than a bus driver but cant do anything about that now.

Im just saying part of being a critic is recognizing when someone is more of an asset than liability.

I don’t feel I’ve ever bashed anyone who didn’t deserve it. It doesn’t mean I’ll bash them forever. Everyone has better days than others. This was one of Moores brightest moments.

If you can’t get behind the kind of performance we had yesterday for a team most everyone had written off for the season then I can’t help ya.

This is the type of football I can get behind definitely over achieving with the talent we have on offense. And when you over achieve I know who to credit. Coaching!!!

Lets dominate our division, especially Philly then we can talk.

You mean like last season?

During the regular season, the 2021 Dallas Cowboys went 6-0 against their NFC East opponents.

Cowboys beat every team in their division.

TWICE.

But I understand how you might've forgotten since it was so long ago. :eek:o_O
