I believe we get Chicago on the Thursday after Thanksgiving, then the 10 day break before the next Philly game. That's not so bad.

You are correct- after the bye we are @ NY Sunday night, home against Philly on Thanksgiving, then @ Chi the following Thursday. Looking at those games individually, we can definitely beat all 3 of those teams. But when you squash the matchups into a 12 day window with 2/3 on the road it definitely hurts us.

If we win 2 of them I'll be happy, win all 3 I'm ecstatic, as that'd likely make us 10-3 (assuming we beat the Jags) with a 10 day break before the final 3 games. That would be delightful.

More worried about all the ones he does. You're confusing 'plays' with 'sacks.'

19 quarterback pressures, most from the DT position. That's production, even if it doesn't show up on the stat sheet.

Sitting Tyrone Crawford is much easier to do now that Henry Melton is playing a lot better. He's close to the form he had before he got hurt in Chicago.

Definitely peeking at the right time. Might be worth extending.

He's still desperately clinging to hope that Crawford will fail because he told all of us the Crawford was overrated.

Risen is clearly fuming that Crawford is in the midst of the quite possibly the greatest 0-sack season of any DT in history of the NFL.

This season will be the 0-sack season that all future 0-sack seasons will be measured against.

When they invariably induct Tyrone Crawford in the Cowboys Ring-of-Honor, the NFL Hall-of-Fame, and most importantly the Canadian Sport Hall of Fame, this very 0-sack season will be the one that will make up the bulk of the highlight reel they'll play in the media.

It sends shiver down your spine just thinking about it.

;)

PS - I think Crawford is having a fine season, is a fine player, however, I honestly get a good chuckle just about every time Risen makes fun of Crawford's lack of sacks. I almost don't want Crawford to get a sack so I can see what he comes up with next. I've been a bit sad since the Cowboys cut Ben Bass -- Risen's sarcastic threads on Ben Bass are pretty much Cowboyzone legend.

Give Falling Star a "like". He likes that because that's all he has.

Hope? Pretense? I think the ship sailed and he's back to avoiding the topic like he did with Jason Hatcher before his breakout season.

Risen, re: Hatcher before start of 2012 season. Risen, re: Hatcher in 2013, after his magical transformation into a probowler.

The same will happen with Crawford when the sacks finally match the rest of his production. If he gets called on it. And if the 'you guys are living in a fantasy' dodge doesn't work. It doesn't matter. Crawford's already obviously a good young player, and he's hopefully going to get even better.
