You really, really suck at being a pedant, CC. You read like you're using a thesaurus and I have about zero doubt that you are using one. Its entirely too forced and reads like a piss poor translation.

Its pretty obvious that its just arbitrary opinion

Methodology, where is the methodology you used in your original post? Dance all around the issue you want, using as much verbage as you want. The point being you've got no more credibility than the troglodyte who screams from the steps of his rented trailer, "Romo sux" until you do provide said methodology. No matter how profuse your writings, you've continually reinforced the fact that you've only said with meandering thoughts "Romo sux".

You do certainly sound like a certain somebody I know from somewhere else, went by Xavier. Claimed to be about the age you mention here, supposedly had tons of military service time as well. Next I suppose you'll mention the tail numbers on your Gulfstream.

Live in a dream world...let's see a quote by you on issue of the Sporting news, Tony Romo, or anything related to the Cowboys, football, service to this country, your own experience, sacrifice, or ANYTHING that is NOT just a repeat of something insultingly made up as a direct insult to another poster here by YOU. You make up your own version of discussion and play with it.

I have provided quite a few references on subject and dealing with aspects of the game.

Now, if you want a discussion, and not a series of your throwing emotion around solely, then quote a direct quote by myself, since you ARE personal in act, and prove A case in point. Other wise you are nothing more than being a blowhart.

Let's see a few things I have presented for discussion. The past two games, the passing offense for Dallas has fallen off the charts. Third down success has gone out the window. The team has NOT scored more points than seven a game. Now, where does that say Tony Romo.

Now, to analyze those FACTS, one must include Tony Romo AND the receivers. Those are the direct and responsible actors for success in passing. Even in a full blitz, there IS opportunity for completions of a check off variety. Now, lack of success is directly related to those TWO aspects. The quarterback and the receivers. That establishes a basis to inquire as to the effectiveness under a variety of conditions, as to the abilities and successes of one of those functional parts. That is removing personal attachment, which your methodology term would imply.

When one of those pieces is having functional problems, it is NOT saying that Tony Romo sucks when approaching....(got the methodology stigma sorted yet?)...1. observation of the fact that he is PART of a problem 2. identification is necessary before that can be changed 3. all action on the field results form habits 4. to replace a bad habit, it has to be STOPPED, and then CHANGED 5. during the season, credability is established by record of play repeated. 6. in the middle of the season, two games of laying an egg is not definitive, but emotion only goes so far in overcoming the technique aspects that are involved to overcome required changes for success. Mid season points are where habits have been pretty well set, and if floundering occurs here, then overcoming major problems are more difficult. 8. I opened the door for a discussion of where the state of the Cowboys was in actuality, not denial of which 9. methodology would then require expanding on the contributory aspects that CAUSE failures and limited full potential 9. It would also include those aspects that cause successes

Now, I offered an indicator based upon accomplisment only, in the Sporting News Article. That is a START point, to clarify that there IS an issue, and it DOES involve Tony Romo. It also, as I included at the comment by myself, in that very FIRST post on thread, that it ALSO involves the direction and application of leadership by Jerry Jones and Wade Phillips. Right now is reflective of them also...but their contributions or lack of which, will require time to OBSERVE the effect of their 'coaching' as it plays out with the team over the next weeks. That is a GIVEN...but offered for discussion.

NOW, where along this supposed LACK of methodology has been YOUR contribution?

You merely ring tapped, insulted, and then fabricated what I stated on topic...which in fact was that I implied that Tony Romo had been more inaccurate as to cause of the immediate lack of success, than might be involved with a low quality of receivers from which to connet with.

YOU rush to then stir trash by adding that this is a journey to insult...get off your demeaning attitude. If your intent had been at discussion, you WOULD have added something to clarify direction, ability, or even potential, beyond a ring tapper's band wagon attachment to AdamJT is a smart guy, and anything he says has the act of God effect. What he added was a relevant aspect for consideration, but no where touching the face of what is involved here. It was an overly refined stat that although adding an element to an observation of Tony Romo, is no where approaching what is involved at this point.

We have a low profile picture of a player, with a rough beginning, who is trying to become those qualities that involve heart of great magnitude, but a tremendous amount of discipline, sacrifice, dedication, and in the end result, applied gamesmanship and skill to succeed. In his position, it is not merely an attribute of leadership...but the requirement of leadership that has to be forged. If he fails here, then he will not succeed, no matter how brightly he flashed in HIS beginning days with the team.

That is the start of a reference from which to build an objective view of the progress of him on this Dallas Cowboy's team. There can be many transitory and supporting elements that can be brought to view here, some of which, are seasonal developments which such points of restraint and change, as in personnel matters, cap limitations on skill positions, injuries, and familiarity between players and their changing roles in schemes.

First, Wade Phillips brings sophistication as well as stability to the newly installed 3-4 defensive scheme. A young fan may say that style of defense doesn't really matter and it is merely a function of player talent...oh that is foolish. Scheme provides transitory stability to teams...and here, Phillips is very important as well as very knowledgeable as to team, scheme, and player limitations and effectiveness. This is a game, with game time conditions and affects that do come to bear, but Wade provides application ability that is very top shelf in his coaching abilities. Don't like his demeaner in the press conference, or don't be entertained by his sideline demeaner, but don't be fooled to think he isn't fully functional in his role there.

Wait, where was this brought out on thread...and you want methodology?

I then got indicators and brought to the table, which pointed to percentages of completions were bottoming dramaticly for Romo, and now, on a sustained level. You know, current data as to cause and effect. Where was your discussion of that? Maybe, just maybe, your intent at onset, was NOT as noble as you hide BEHIND!!

Methodology? Get real...and START participating in it...instead of being a boring insult.

No, you want someone else to explain in detail all aspects for you, and I could continue explaining in fullness, just where indicators of this team appear....and even here, the players and team has the talent, leadership, and skills to overcome all of those aspects. That isn't at point...as not MY lack of understanding or ability to express those qualities was lacking, but yours and a couple of ring tappers was evident. Care to discuss topic..then do so, but don't hide behind a sense of being abused...that was your OWN doings.

Now further to reinforce direction, already established within thread.....the implications and effect upon fans is being forged right now, and will reflect in the future, on the careers and lives of Wade Phillips and Jason Garrett, ultimately resting upon Jerry Jones. If this team, right now, does not overcome these obstacles, then Jerry Jones himself will have to come to some realization as to his effect as both owner and GM. Failure will be very harsh as to direction here. I don't wish to see that happen, and visualization will have to also occur, for vindication to overrule disappointment in the fan base. These are very important aspects to the sporting venue here, and it takes tools of observation to see and feel appreciations for these journeys. That takes discussion...now, care to get involved in the real deal of being a fan? Start participating and contributing to our view, beyond wanting someone else to be your 'dog' and explain methodology. Did YOU SAY METHODOLOGY?

I would ask you why Shakespearean influence in literature was relevant...but you would go to sentence structure and an archaic communication application in the process, and then proclaim point of reference advantage. Then break out in a unison version of we are the world with crack pipe in hand...no, he was relevant due to accumulated observations as to political ramifications reaching articulated and social norm as to understanding beyond a select group of 'priviledges' participants. It became entertainment as such... as to the concept, deceipt and use of enticements was used savagely by the Indians, betraying trust through the process of promising, using, and then abusing.

Maybe you would like to take a stand and provide your OWN and purely self serving opinions with clarifications with real additions to discussion. Join in a real discussion of actual facts involved. Step up to the plate, if you can hang, and offer more than a plate served opinion, and provide some actual view of significance, but on topic, that isn't of insult.

Nothing but insult served is the route of a despot or coward...and one's dislike of style is another aspect of YOUR opinion and holds no value as to discussive elements...either way, jump off the wagon of insult, and take a real stance of participation in football talk. Cheap shot enthusiast? ....but now be more timely, apply to today's game, a relevant observation dealing with topic. Come on..step up to the plate, smart guy with attitude.

I say that Tony Romo has a very productive day, and that the running game plays an equal role against the Raiders. I think that more of a function between Roy Williams and Tony Romo emerges today. I also think the focus in throws today, will be better for Tony. I hope that some real strengths to be used in December will show their faces today as well. We shall see...

Now, I will add just what the Cliff Note enthusiast of loud drum beats will read....

methodology...
Wade Phillips...
Tony Romo...
blah, blah, blah...

and then their EXACT thoughts will be @*#!

Then, THEIR immediate response will be, in unison none-the-less, that proofs you're are an idiot....

and then they will never understand why someone would discuss the negative as well as positive sides of the game, without whitewashing the realities for their beligerent benefits. No wonder they think Roy Williams is a reject from the funny farm.

No need here, as I'm finished with this thread...as concepts have already been stated and enough to provide a basis for later discussions that will still occur naturally through the developments to come in the remainder of this season. Thanks for joining in....at least in it's end.

Does a knee brace affect running? Now, imagine what spacing adjustments in typing do to typing without the mind telling you where that thumb really is missing that part of it, and hit the space bar in conjunction to merely typing across in a line, and figure out how many times that a non-functional reach in every word typed. Then consider longer periods of sustained actions. No effect?

Now, apply that to adjustments in content and directions of thought at the same time...then apply that to a low end lap top that doesn't keep up with rate of type to begin with.
