No trading partners...Tunsil, Ramsey and Goff gone.....

Decision time:

Let's say FO considering only these two guys Bosa or Jacks ??????? for argument sake.

Which and why......I like to hear your rationale??

For me it's easy for FO to take Bosa. Was rated high all year until people start to tear him down. We have a huge need at DE.
Jacks is a sensational athlete but I don't know if FO value LB that much even though he'll be able to play all 3 LB spots and S/slot too. Amazing versatility for D coordinator. Play 4-4-3 as base.

Jack - He is my second pick behind Ramsey. Just did a 40 verticle jump. It looks like his knee is ok.

Wentz as long as my scouts say he's a franchise QB type.

Unlike the delusional Jones family, I see a QB in Romo who is playing on borrowed time. A balky back, a collarbone that has been broken multiple times and he's 36 years old. That's a recipe for a short run from here as opposed to the ridiculousness of thinking he can play at an elite level for 4-5 more years. I also have the benefit of history that told me after Aikman hung it up, I wandered for more than a few years trying retreads and mid-round pick talents to plug the QB hole until I got lucky as hell that some UDFA from the Eastern Illinois turned into one of the 10 best QBs in the NFL of the last decade.

So I take the QB and plan for the handing off of the baton a few years from now.

Because here's what I know. Elliott could become a stud at TB, Ramsey could become a stud at S or CB, Bosa could become a dominant DE, Jack could become the next Patrick Willis............... all of that doesn't amount to anything if the QB on your team is Drew Bledsoe, or Quincy Carter, or Drew Henson, or Chad Hutchinson, etc.

It's the most important position on the team and if you have a chance to grab one, you absolutely take it.

Come on guys...
He clearly said the ONLY two options are Bosa and Jacks

Yet half of you are taking Wentz.

If we had a pass rush, Jack would be scary. He could move all around the field and make INTs in the middle of the field and run them back. He'd be that player you need to account for at all times. Someone you can train to do anything on the field. But since we don't have a pass rush, I'd probably take Bosa. Or at least bite the bullet and sign Hardy already. Jack is the type of player that makes a good defense great. But we don't yet have a good defense.

Jack would have to blow my socks off to leap Elliott for me.
I am taking Elliot otherwise. If I take Jack then My #1 target in the 2nd round is Derrick Henry.

we are coming out of this draft with one of these top RBs regardless.

Bosa
Need the help on the DLine and it's not like he's a scrub or anything. I'd take Bosa and be happy about the progress of my DLine.

Amazing how so many have automatically placed this ceiling over him like its a foregone conclusion he will be a jag.
