Cowboys because we have a stable predictable team. If MM stays then we will be 12-5 again and I think it’s our turn to win one playoff game. I see egirls realizing hurts is not the guy and looking for new coaching.

If we get a few more pieces on Defense and O-Line we will be better. We just need to stop the run. Quinn goes on and we get new DC and O-Line coach…

Dallas was the better team this year. But Dallas still came up woefully short when it mattered most.

You can ignore history if you want but facts are the Eagles are more adept at changing on the fly, calling out their mistakes, not getting too loyal to players or coaches, not afraid of change, not afraid of taking chances. Philly won a SB in 2017 with an older team, stripped it down, got rid of their supposed franchise QB, rebuilt the team and was back in the SB 5 years later.

We have 2 playoff wins total over the same period.
I just don’t get it. Dak did not play his best game. We did have a chance in the second half where we took momentum driving down but our Defense just kept giving up plays and could not get off the field. Although all we are gonna hear is garbage time all offseason. Seemed packers went prevent second half. They did that in 2016 and we came back. Only to have Marinelli abandon man coverage on the second to last play and went prevent. Our playcalling on both sides stunk again. Like they were winging it. Zone coverage because Gilmore was hurt, we have other CBs we could have tried first. MM calling pass plays when packers brought 4 and ran on stacked boxes. Dak should have audibled.

What the evidence that it's "our turn"? I am guessing you thought the same thing this year too only to be disappointed.

I get it, you are a hopeful fan, but at this point, expecting this franchise to go on a run anytime soon is wishful thinking without major changes.

Injuries hamper every team but for this team everything needs to just right. I was hopefull until the end of the first quarter. I knew we had glaring holes in run game and stopping the run.

When a team hits the playoffs your talent is matched and coaching comes into play along with needing performance from your big players. We got neither. When I saw them throwing flags on them holding Parsons I was hoping he would wreck the game. Didn’t happen.

The last few years honestly I just enjoy the ride. Long offseason. I did figure we would win that game. Apparently so did our players. Said some had parties planned. Lol. They probably still had them. The players see it as a job they don’t take it like we do..

I don’t think we ever recover as long as Jerry keeps giving lions share of the Cap to a few guys.

The Eagles fell apart the last part of the season. They started losing and their hot shot QB played poorly. They reportedly had locker room dissention. They seemed to get worse and worse as the season wore on. It ended last night with a 32-9 blowout loss to an average TB team.

The Cowboys like the Eagles had high hopes at season start. But when faced with good competition they struggled and took a few real beat downs. GB blew them away in Dallas in the play offs 48-32. Their QB continued to play well against poor teams and not so well against the better ones. There were even reported rumblings from some players of dissatisfaction the way things were going.

Both teams have issues far beyond the QB play. Indeed the QBs may not even be the real problem.

The question here is which team recovers fastest and gets better? When you consider the GM and management and their track records I say the Eagles are more likely to find the fix first. Howard Roseman has been successful in the past. That does not guarantee he can repair this Eagle team but given his track record I feel the Eagles are in the better position.
Unless we actually make a huge change(Like hiring Belly, for instance), Eagles win this one by a mile. Status quo says no.

Eagles because they are more willing to get rid of guys. And it appears the owner has no issue getting rid of a HC, even a SB one, when things slide.

They are proactive and not reactive.
Are they willing to dump Hurts? That is the question. He was even more Deer-eyed than Dak, and I didn't think that was possible.

Hurts had his one Cam Newton year. Same as Cam, it will now be regression from here on out.

That was pure luck. The Giants and a SF with no QB. Even Dallas could have done that. LOL
Really? So where has Dallas pure luck been in 28 years? Dallas just had a a below average GB team at home a team that Tommy cutlets beat a few weeks ago. They had at least 2 homes games and instead get annihilated by what might be the worst team in the playoffs at home. So wrong on that, Dallas hasn’t and wouldn't do anything says 3 decades of a track record.

They are kind of handcuffed given the contract they gave him.

From a cap standpoint, if I read it right, the cowboys are $14.8 million over the cap while the eagles are $28.9 under. Both teams can make moves to get more room, but currently the eagles are in better position.

Eagles have 17 free agents with 6 starters in cox (dt), graham (de), swift (rb), kelce (c), Leonard (lb), cunningham (lb).
Cowboys have 14 free agents with 6 starters in hankins (dt), armstrong (de), pollard (rb),biadsz (c), gillmore (cb), kearse (s), smith (Lt).

Eagles have the advantage in draft capital.
Cowboys have 9 drafts picks, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, (2) 6ths, (3) 7ths.
Eagles have 10 picks, 1st, (2) 2nds, 3rd, (4) 5ths, (2) 6ths.

Both teams have questions about their qb's and coaching staffs which may be a bigger influence in the recovery.

I mean Eagles have shown to tear it down and get back up. They did it with vets though who are either retiring or almost finished. So it’s gonna be harder this time and now they have to do it with a 250 million dollar QB who’s limited. So I don’t know….Eagles have shown they can do it but they are far worse then us right now. They were 10-1 and essentially lost every game after that to the worst teams in the league. And they are about to fire a head coach. But they are willing to make the tough moves. Jerry won’t.

Hurts is bad. And now the offensive line isn’t the best in the league there are some concerns. Their best players are past their prime and are free agents. Cowboys are younger. I have no faith in either team but you have to give the edge to Philly because I think they are willing to make tough decisions whether they work or not.

The Eagles have already proven they can lose a QB, Super Bowl winning Head Coach, and make moves to come back quicker than the Jonesboys. Where have you been the last 28 years. The Eagles have been to 3 Super Bowls, numerous NFC East Titles, and multiple NFC Conference Championships.

Their owner is committed to winning Super Bowls. Jonesboys owner hired and cannot fire his Dumbo GM.

Dallas has beaten Daniel Jones and the Giants every time. They know them. SF had no QB at all. Any team would have beat them.
