Good to see us playing other teams.
I think you need to go up against other players to get better.
Not your own team mates day in and day out.
Get old beating on your own team, gives these teams a chance to hit someone else.
Way back in the day, after the AFC-NFC merger, their were SIX preseason games for 8 years...no need for inter-team scrimmages.

Chance for Cowboy fans to see a real QB up close in action. :muttley::muttley::muttley:

Are you talking about the QB that Dak beat in the playoffs in the 2018-19 season? Bet you forgot Dallas' last playoff victory was against Russell Wilson and the Seahawks.

Dak is not the problem. The defense and Moore's play calling... are the problems.

Personally I think it was the OLine. Our inability to run block forced us to pass the ball. Our inability to pass block in the interior forced Dak into quick short throws most of the time. Hard to pass or run the ball when Williams and Biadasz are spending more time in the backfield than Pollard and Zeke.

Hopefully Tyler Smith is the answer at LG and hopefully Biadasz has improved/gotten stronger over the offseason. Biadasz may be improved by not having C Will next to him. We need Tyler Smith to be an immediate stud.

Gotcha. Some other posters were mentioning Wilson.

So you were referring to the QB that has never made the playoffs and choked away a chance at the playoffs last year by losing to Houston (2 ints) and the Raiders down the stretch? The same QB that also lost to Dak earlier that year? Right now Herbert is just looking like another Phillips Rivers. Puts up big stats in the regular season but folds when the important games come around. 15 ints last year. Dak would get crucified on this board if he threw that many ints. Herbert went 9-8 last year with a loaded team around him.

Only a Dak-stan would argue six consecutive 4th down conversions on a game-tying drive, all pretty much rockets, including a TD on a 4th and 21 with time expiring, when down 15-0 against the Raiders in a game they only needed a tie to make the play-offs counts as 'folding'. What is obvious is you have never watched Herbert play...

Most rabid Dak-fans on this board no longer hold such a ridiculously asinine opinion, after watching what a real QB looks like. In fact, I'm pretty sure they were embarrassed for ever holding such an opinion before watching him.

This may literally be the most ridiculous post in the history of this forum and I'm being generous.
