I equate this to Shockey getting hurt at the end of the 07 season and Barber retiring before the 07 season. The Giants didn't miss either of these two clowns at all.

They had a great stable of backs behind Barber and Boss filled in quite nicely, Shockey was on the downside of his career anyway.

Receiver A - 189 yards in 10 games after costing us a 1st, 3rd, and whatever else.

Receiver B - Slowest feet, fastest mouth. Cost us a precious playoff win and still wouldn't shut up.

lol. I love Tony Romo as much as the next guy, but he's not Tom Brady. He can't win superbowls with no name recievers. He's not Big Ben that has the hardest hitting best defense the NFL has seen in years. Tony Romo couldn't get us into the playoffs with both Terrell Owens and Roy Williams.

TONY HAS NEVER NOT HAD one of the TOP 5 recievers of ALL TIME on his side of the ball. With a geniunely good QB, Owens could be the best reciever to touch a football. Releasing him, when he wanted to be in Dallas so bad, is just foolish.
