My concern? What becomes of Tony Romo. It's undeniable that every T.O. QB was significantly worse post-T.O. Not sure Romo can break that trend.

IMO this is a mistake. Romo led us to this moment. We were fine with TO and he did not create the controversy he did in Philly.

Romo became fixated on Witten almost all the time. And this is from a guy who is a Romo fan. It has bothered me throughout the end of this past season. (Reference: Pittsburgh Game).

Garrett went down hill as a coordinator. We had too many weapons in that we couldn't find balance and couldn't get our QB to look at his WRs.

Perhaps this will help the locker room and perhaps be addition by subtraction in that there is one less marquee playmaker needing the ball. But we just cut a talented player. And I'm not liking this move. These guys are 'men' for the most part. Live with it. Deal with it. This goes for TO too. Everyone on the team needs to grow up and be professional.
