so do all the coaches.

you can stop hating now.

They will have to prove that.

When they had the chance to get in the playoffs and they lost 44-6.

I'm only going to entertain this post since it's the first in this thread to call me out by name. As you may already know, I don't get into reading 800+ posts. Yet I digress. I think this is a stupid move unless there's more to it.

We’re planning on going into the season with RW11 as our #1? No. WRs do not make a team but WRs stretch the field so teams aren’t allowed to just pin their ears back and put 8 men in the box. I’m not overly confident that our Oline is prepared for a great big dose of run run run. As an offensive lineman, I appreciate the fact that a coach places his trust in me and runs the ball. I’ve been played on teams where running the ball comprised 90% of the offense. That said, it takes more energy to consistently run the ball than it does to kick back and pass block. Balance should be the key and we just lost it with this move today.

I’m not going to change my prediction. I still thing we finish better this year than the last. Why? It’s very simple. I am a rose colored shade wearing Cowboys fan. It is and always has been about the star. I believe I have stated that numerous times. I’ll miss what TO brought to the team but I will also embrace whatever we toss out there from this point on. I really do hope another move is coming because I am not confident in a RW11/Crayton combination at the #1 and #2. We shall see what else unfolds. I’m suspicious that we’re going to make a run for another big name WR.

Did ya throw up in your mouth just a little this morning when you heard the news? You can tell me, I won't tell any one.:)

Like Nate is saying now

If only he would of been quiet for 16 weeks.......

The biggest fault of TO is that he cannot stay quiet for 16 minutes, much less weeks! To bad for him...

According to Werder, Jerry and Stephen were in So. Florida for NFL meetings, and requested and met with TO and Rosenhaus, at which time they told TO face to face that he was being released.

I knew this was coming the minute Rosenhaus said "owens will be back in Dallas" Next to today those were the best words I have ever heard.:lmao2:

enjoy your SB media approval is more important then winning anyways

who's your scapegoat going to be next season?

or is it just a case of lowering our expectation enough to where mediocrity becomes acceptable

looks like we found our fall-guy...he took one for the team...

wonder who jason garrett will blame next year for his failure to adjust, or make a decent play-call?

You're not on the Dallas-as-the-new-Detroit bandwagon are you?
