I believe he’s still out there. Certainly talented
I wonder why he’s still out there? He came off a good season last year. With LVE out we need a guy so I’d sure consider him

I don't know what it is about LVE but somehow he manages to get his head caught in the weirdest positions to get hurt. The last time he hurt his neck he bend his neck in an awkward way and he missed a few weeks too.
That said, this team went thin on LBs and even when they were thin they let guys go and lost them to other teams. That's because they saved roster spots for guys I am not sure are worth keeping. They went thing at Center keeping only 1 on the 53 man roster. Then Biadasz got hurt and they had to call up 2 Centers from the practice squad. To make room for them someone had to get cut loose. They mismanaged their roster from the beginning of the season.
With LVE out, how nice would it be to have Devin Harper? Instead they have the inexperienced Malik Jefferson, who I thought showed some signs he might be decent at some point. But he has no experience. AND, they are in even worse position at LB now. I think they have Clark, Parsons, and Jefferson and Parsons is used as an Edge rushers more than a LB.
This was a terrible job of roster management by the front office.

Regardless though with the Bye is smart to let him miss the next few weeks and get an additional week of rest / safety.
